We all get tanned no matter what is the weather even when we are not under the sun then also we get tanned because of lights in our office, home gives us tanning (8 hours of lights is equal to 1 hour under the sun). Today I will be sharing 5 ideas through which you can reduce your sun tan naturally by using kitchen ingredients.

Add a pinch of turmeric to the yogurt mix thoroughly till you get a uniform paste apply this paste over the tanned area and leave it on for about 20 minutes. Try this every day before bath until 2 weeks and you will see result naturally.Turmeric helps in delaying aging and makes your skin supple and yogurt helps in whitening skin.

Squeeze the juice of 1 lemon into 1 tsp of sugar. Apply it on your skin wash it off after 10 minutes. Do this 2 -3 times a week to get a result. Lemon Juice is a good source of Vitamin C and improves your skin quality while sugar helps in removing dead cells from your skin.

Take 2 tsp of Gram flour add 2 tbsp of plain yogurt make a paste. Apply it to your skin and let it dry. Extract juice of 1 tomato adds 1 tbsp of plain yogurt mix the ingredients together apply this paste to the tanned area and leave it on for about 15 minutes. Do this daily before bath and get results.Tomato contains vitamins and citric acid which is a great source of skin whitening and helps in regenerating skin cells and yogurt which is high in nutrients and proteins also great for working on the top layer of your skin which contain so many dead cells.

Take a half lemon and dip it in turmeric powder and rub it over the tanned area for 5 minutes and leave it on for 10 minutes then wash it off with plain water. As Lemon has citric acid which helps in whitening of skin color and turmeric have so many antibiotic properties also helps in maintaining skin glow.
